The Dancehall King to question Obour’s legitimacy and credibility is none other than outspoken Dancehall artist Shatta Wale.
This follows lash outs from several artistes including Ambulley, A Plus, Dada KD and host of others who have condemned the MUSIGA President on several occasions.
Hi-Life musician Dada KD once said the ineffectiveness of Obour as MUSIGA president is because of his less knowledge in music. He questioned the number of songs Obour owns to grant him his current position.
Shatta Wale however, stepped up his criticism of President Obour describing his administration as incompetent, thus calling for his removal as president of the union’s board.
In a series of angry tweets on Monday, Nov 21, the “Rasta Dub’ star expressed disappointment in the operations of Obour.
‘No musician should lie about this, we’re suffering,’’ he tweeted.
